La Voix de l’Évangile, Québec is a vital part of the extensive radio work of MissionGO
which reaches into many French-speaking countries of the world. The broadcasts are recorded in the studio of the radio follow-up office in Châteauguay.
The ministry began in 1955 in the Back to the Bible Broadcast studios in Lincoln, Nebraska through a staff member who spoke French fluently and had a burden for the French-speaking people of the world. An office was soon established in Aix-en-Provence in France.
In 1974, an office was opened in Châteauguay, Québec, under the direction of MissionGO representatives, Clarence and Pearl Shelly. At the present time, the broadcasts are aired on one station in Montreal and one in Champlain, NY. Stephen Frank became the director of La Voix de l’Évangile, Québec in 2006. His wife, Karen, is also a representative of MissionGO.
The weekly French-language 15-minute broadcast features Pastor Michel Martel, a Québec evangelist who faithfully teaches the Word of God. Audio messages (in French only) are available on CDs at a reasonable cost as well as approximately 40 books in French on the Christian life.
Action Mondiale d’Évangélisation (Québec) Inc is the name of the Québec incorporation of MissionGO

The thoughtful man therefore thinks of the afterlife, but only one throughout the history of mankind has triumphed over death; one who spoke with authority and simplicity of eternal life – Jesus Christ.
Aches and Praise Five Hundred & Seventy Eight
Three weeks ago, I began sharing insights from “Mastering Life Before It’s Too Late” by Robert J. Morgan. In the first chapter of his book, Morgan writes: “ If we’re going to master life and fulfill the distinctive purpose God has for us, we have to say: ‘There are many things I can do in life, I have many possible venues and avenues, many options and opportunities, many decisions and distractions. But Christ gave me a pattern to follow, and He died to provide eternal life. Under His lordship, I pledge to live for Him, to devote myself to the Father’s business from this moment and forever. I want to find and fulfill God’s unique docket and destiny for my life, whatever it means – just like Jesus.’”
In the second chapter, Morgan writes: “Having made an abiding decision to commit ourselves to the lordship of Christ and the will of God, we must then reduce it to bite-size realities, which we call ‘days.’ With the trajectory of our lives aligned Godward, we can faithfully implement this attitude on a daily basis. Awakening each morning, we can say: ‘This is the day the Lord has made for me. Today I must be about His business.’”
In the third chapter, we read: “We are on earth today because God designed an individual plan for us to be alive at this particular moment, knowing in advance the impact we can have in a world He loves. Since He is all-knowing, the past and future are equally plain to Him.”
In the fourth chapter, Morgan cites the following poem:
Morgan writes: “Until we appreciate the value of time and learn to manage it with skill, we can never manage ourselves. But in learning to regulate time, we lean to govern life, for life is measured in hours and minutes, just as the body is measured in pounds and ounces. Management of time is our greatest stewardship, even greater than the stewardship of our money.”
This week, Karen and I have been cleaning inside and outside our home in an effort to better manage the resources that the Lord has given us. It quickly became obvious that we needed to reduce the amount of “stuff” that we have so that we can more easily find what we need most. The expression “Less is more” summarizes what we discovered. We can apply this in our walk with the Lord by eliminating things that waste our time, so that we can focus on prayer and studying God’s Word.
Scripture for the weekend: “See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.” Ephesians 5:15-16 (NKJV)
Thought for the weekend: “Time flies. It’s up to you to be the navigator.” – Robert Orbin
