La Voix de l’Évangile, Québec is a vital part of the extensive radio work of MissionGO
which reaches into many French-speaking countries of the world. The broadcasts are recorded in the studio of the radio follow-up office in Châteauguay.
The ministry began in 1955 in the Back to the Bible Broadcast studios in Lincoln, Nebraska through a staff member who spoke French fluently and had a burden for the French-speaking people of the world. An office was soon established in Aix-en-Provence in France.
In 1974, an office was opened in Châteauguay, Québec, under the direction of MissionGO representatives, Clarence and Pearl Shelly. At the present time, the broadcasts are aired on one station in Montreal and one in Champlain, NY. Stephen Frank became the director of La Voix de l’Évangile, Québec in 2006. His wife, Karen, is also a representative of MissionGO.
The weekly French-language 15-minute broadcast features Pastor Michel Martel, a Québec evangelist who faithfully teaches the Word of God. Audio messages (in French only) are available on CDs at a reasonable cost as well as approximately 40 books in French on the Christian life.
Action Mondiale d’Évangélisation (Québec) Inc is the name of the Québec incorporation of MissionGO

The thoughtful man therefore thinks of the afterlife, but only one throughout the history of mankind has triumphed over death; one who spoke with authority and simplicity of eternal life – Jesus Christ.
Aches and Praise Six Hundred & Sixty Eight
Do you ever have a day where you are on the go a lot and when you’re getting near the time when you feel like winding down, you remember that you had one more thing to do? That’s how today went for me. I was able to get a lot accomplished at work and at home, but I couldn’t have done so without help from people on the phone and in person. I am grateful to the Lord for the team that He has brought together to produce the weekly broadcasts of “La Voix de l’Évangile” (“The Voice of the Gospel”). On the home front, I am thankful for the wonderful gifts that Karen has, including gardening.
About the “one more thing to do” – that is writing this edition of “Aches and Praise.” In reading the Psalms this week, Karen and I have seen some of the contrasts between those who trust in the Lord and those who don’t. In the Jeremiah Study Bible, the following is written above Psalm 37: “The Heritage of the Righteous and the Calamity of the Wicked.” Those who put their faith in the Lord are promised a life of many blessings. As David wrote, when we delight in the Lord, He will give us the desires of our heart (please see “Scripture for the weekend”).
In verse 5 of Psalm 37, David exhorts his readers to commit their way to the Lord and to trust in Him. The phrase “In God We Trust” is the official motto of the United States and Nicaragua. According to Wikipedia, this motto was adopted by the U.S. Congress in 1956, replacing “E pluribus unum,” which had been the de facto motto since the initial design of the Great Seal of the United States.”
Dr. David Jeremiah notes: “Commit means to take the whole of one’s life and give it to God (Proverbs 16:3). The New Testament counterpart is to cast all care on Him (1 Peter 5:7). This was written by the disciple who denied knowing Jesus three times, but was later forgiven and restored by the Lord. May we determine to commit our life to the Lord and tell others of His amazing grace.
Scripture for the weekend: “Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.” Psalm 37:3-4 (NKJV)
Thought for the weekend: “God renews our lives by renewing our minds, and he renews our minds through his truth. This truth is the Word of God.” – Warren W. Wiersbe (from his book “The Strategy of Satan”)
