La Voix de l’Évangile, Québec is a vital part of the extensive radio work of MissionGO
which reaches into many French-speaking countries of the world. The broadcasts are recorded in the studio of the radio follow-up office in Châteauguay.
The ministry began in 1955 in the Back to the Bible Broadcast studios in Lincoln, Nebraska through a staff member who spoke French fluently and had a burden for the French-speaking people of the world. An office was soon established in Aix-en-Provence in France.
In 1974, an office was opened in Châteauguay, Québec, under the direction of MissionGO representatives, Clarence and Pearl Shelly. At the present time, the broadcasts are aired on one station in Montreal and one in Champlain, NY. Stephen Frank became the director of La Voix de l’Évangile, Québec in 2006. His wife, Karen, is also a representative of MissionGO.
The weekly French-language 15-minute broadcast features Pastor Michel Martel, a Québec evangelist who faithfully teaches the Word of God. Audio messages (in French only) are available on CDs at a reasonable cost as well as approximately 40 books in French on the Christian life.
Action Mondiale d’Évangélisation (Québec) Inc is the name of the Québec incorporation of MissionGO

The thoughtful man therefore thinks of the afterlife, but only one throughout the history of mankind has triumphed over death; one who spoke with authority and simplicity of eternal life – Jesus Christ.

Thank you for your prayers for Karen and me. Last Saturday, while we were helping set up for a special dinner with invited guests, we found a set of keys that we had been missing for many months. What a great surprise to find them in a tray near vases that are near the back door of the office that we rent from Teddy and Linda, who also serve with MissionGO. It was a wonderful start to a day that was filled with fun times with friends of the ministry.
Today is the first day of the Missions conference at Grace Church Verdun. Karen and I have had the privilege of being in many Missions conferences and meeting missionaries serving in many countries. We would love to see you tonight at 7 p.m.: 501–5th avenue, Verdun, QC.
In David Jeremiah’s post online today, he tells about two sisters who were separated at birth: “Most people go on reality TV shows to find love or win money. But twin sisters Emily and Molly, who recently competed on The Amazing Race, had another reason for being on the show. Born in South Korea and separated at birth, the sisters were both adopted by families in the United States. Thanks to DNA testing, they found each other at the age of 36. One year later, they were traveling the world together on The Amazing Race. As Molly said in an interview, “It was a really nice way to get to know each other in a very unconventional setting. We would have never gotten this close had we not been able to spend time without phones or away from family, just one-on-one together.”
If you are not a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, I urge you to begin reading the gospel of John and ask God to reveal the truth of His Word to you. Helpful material is available at: https://gracechurchverdun.com/seeking-god.
Scripture for the weekend: “Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ.” 2 Thessalonians 3:5 (NKJV)
